Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at The Serene Retreat Minnesota, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Booking & Payment
• A confirmed reservation is secured only after payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
• The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all members of their party.
• Rates and fees are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

Occupancy & Parking
• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests unless approved in advance.
• Maximum of 6 vehicles allowed. At least two vehicles must be parked in the garage; the remainder must stay in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

House Rules

To help us maintain the quality of the home for all guests:
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• No parties or events unless approved in writing.
• Remove shoes in carpeted areas.
• Use makeup towels or wipes instead of white bath linens.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM in respect to neighbors.

Damage & Security
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
• Excessive cleaning, smoking inside, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges.
• The home is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety; no cameras are placed inside the home.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must follow the policy outlined at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or failure to follow house rules.

Liability

The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities (including hot tub, fire pit, and games) at their own risk.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For stays that are 3 nights or more, guests receive full refund up to 30 days before check in. For stays that are 2 nights, guests receive full refund up to 15 days before check in.
